We are hiring a ministry/business administrator in our Roanoke, TX headquarters. To apply please send your cover letter and resume to hr@sosresponds.org. 

 

Business Administrator

This is a full-time, M-F position at our main offices in Roanoke, TX.

SUMMARY

Oversee daily, weekly and monthly accounting tasks.

Work closely with CFO to help manage cash flow and reporting.

Oversee HR function.

Oversee office administration and coordination.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Accounting

• Daily check deposits and entry into database

• Weekly A/P checks and filing

• Monthly accounting and reconciling tasks

• Bi monthly payroll processing and Payroll reporting as needed

HR

• HR oversight and policy

• Administrate HR function; PTO, Employee records, handbook, insurance

• Develop systems for new hires, onboarding and training

Business Administrator

• Help coordinate employee events, celebrations and anniversaries.

• Help manage office supplies and PP&E issues

JOB SKILLS NEEDED

• Knowledge of QuickBooks accounting software

• Knowledge of Microsoft excel and word

• Basic knowledge of Salesforce database management

PERSONAL CHARACTERISTICS

• Exhibit and uphold the highest level of integrity.

• Exhibit excellent people skills. Must possess good communication skills.

• Must be a self-starter, be goal oriented and results-driven.

• Should be able to pray and encourage people in their faith.

• Willing to learn and take on new tasks within database.
