To ensure the highest level of financial integrity, we operate under a rigorous system of internal and external checks. Our finances are independently audited every year by PSK CPA LLC, an independent accounting firm, and our governance is overseen by a majority independent Board of Directors.
While we previously utilized external membership organizations like the ECFA to verify our standards, SOS International is transitioning to a direct-disclosure model. By making our complete, audited financial statements and IRS Form 990s directly available to the public on this page, we provide our supporters with a level of transparency that goes above and beyond third-party seals.
