For the Love of Food: The 2021 Recap

Written By: Christie A.

While 2021 held many pandemic-related challenges it was a banner year for our feeding
programs. You made it possible to serve 8,041,580 meals to at-risk children and parents
around the world! That’s the most meals we’ve ever served in one year!
Thank you!

We are absolutely amazed at the results and want to send a big “Thank you,” to every donor,
volunteer and the 105 local care network partner that mobilized food and served in the
community in 2021.

These meals went out through:

  • Feeding Outreaches
  • Roadside Kitchens for migrant communities
  • Trafficking Prevention Programs
  • Food Boxes given to qualified families
  • Assisting Refuges
  • Summer and school year feeding programs
  • And Emergency Feeding.

Through feeding, you empowered people to reach into their communities and offer hope in the
form of a meal and a caring person.

Guess what, meals are adding up quickly in 2022 as well. If you haven’t had a chance to jump in
with our feeding programs, we would love for you to give or volunteer with us!
